Payment - Payson
With Payson you can pay with debit/credit card or your Internet Bank. More information on Payson can be found at www.payson.se.

Delivery time
Normal delivery time is about 7-10 buiness days within Sweden. For countries outside Sweden the delivery time is up to two to three weeks.

Shipping cost
The shipping cost is based on the weight of your items. The cost will be presented upon checkout. We ship with Postnord. Duties may occur during shipment abroad. Items that are not picked up in time will return to Novisen Design. If this occurs, you will be charged 300 SEK to cover our expenses for transportation and administration. If you have ordered personalized products we'll charge you for the whole amount on these products. 

Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Returns 
Open purchase is valid for 14 days. In case of return is buyer for shipping. Name Products and Sales goods returned / not exchangeable. Be sure to check out your order so everything looks right . That spelled the name correctly and the correct size. Measure the circumference of the head before ordering. For example, if the person has a circumference of 49cm, chose the size 48/50. 

Washing instructions
40 degrees and inside out. Do not iron on the print. Do not tumble dry
